There is a known issue in Budgetizer 3.0.0.8 with importing from OFX files.
This has been fixed in the latest release, which is 3.0.1.1. This is a free update for all users of version 3.x. It is recommended that all users update to this latest version, which can be downloaded here: Budgetizer 3.0.1.1.

There is a hotfix available for Budgetizer 2.0.5.27.
Please note, however, that we recommend upgrading to the latest version of Budgetizer for new fixes and features.
